Retail Orders

Buckingham Style orders are shipped within 1 week of receipt of order and payment via credit card.  Orders
placed with a check for payment are shipped when the check clears our bank - generally within 10 business days.  
Online orders are accepted through PayPal.   To pay by check, please
contact us for mailing address.

We ship via US First Class Mail (approx. 2 to 10 days) for all orders in the continental U.S.  Our shipping and
handling costs are $3.00 for orders up to $100.  We add 5% Virginia sales tax to Virginia customers.  For orders
outside of the continental U.S., shipping and handling will be determined on an individual basis.  Please

Custom Jewelry

See something you like, but have a specific request?  Let us know and we can custom make a piece for
you!

Custom orders are very special.  Each one will be priced based on materials and labor.  Please email us with your
wishes and we will do our best to help you design exactly what you are looking for.  A 50% deposit is required for
all custom orders.

In addition, if you like a particular piece, but would prefer a different length, please let us know and we will do our
best to accommodate you.  


Gift Giving

For those of you who would like to send your jewelry item as a gift to someone, we are happy to include a gift card,
with a personal sentiment, in your package.   All jewelry is gift boxed.  The personal sentiments are handwritten
on small cards.

Please write your message in the comments section found at the end of the checkout process.  It helps us if you
write "Gift card message:" before you write your message.

Wholesale Orders

Buckingham Style welcomes wholesale orders and inquiries.  Wholesale orders can be placed by calling
703-799-4844.


Returns

We will be glad to refund your money for any item that you are not completely happy with.   We accept returns
for any reason within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  Please
contact us immediately upon receipt of product via
email to arrange for returns.   Returns between 6 to 30 days of receipt are eligible for credit/exchanges.  
Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  

Refunds are given in the same manner as payment was received upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  
Returns must be well packed and insured.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  We are not responsible
for return items that are lost in the mail.
